Ingredients:
Bottle gaurd(sorakaya)-1
carrots-3
Rice flour-Add sufficiently
salt
green chilli paste-5 chillies
coriander leaves
curry leaves
cumin seeds(jeele karra)
turmeric powder-1/4 tsb spoon
oil for deep fry
Preparation:
Grate bottle gaurd and carrots.Add remaining ingredients except oil.Make dough(dont add water).Make small balls and press.After pressing deep fry in oil.Itz over.Simple.......

pindi garalu
Ingredients:
rice flour-1kg
bengal gram(senaga)-100gms
groundnuts-100gms(fry without oil)
sesame seeds-100gms
cumin seeds(jeela kara)-1gm
coriander leaves
red chilli powder
kothimira
mint leaves(optional)
spring onion leaves(optional)
turmeric powder
oil
Preparation:
Mix all above ingredients and add suficient water to make dough.Now make like chapathis with hand and deep fry in oil.Itz ready.They can be stored for 1 month.

salt-as per your taste
sesame seeds-1/4kg
voma(omam)-10 gms
Preparation:
soak rice in water for about 10hrs.Later dry the rice(it must not dry completely) and make it into powder.Add salt,sesame seeds,voma to the powder and pour water into it.Make a dough.
Now make three rounds(sakina) like jalebi on a cloth,after making them dry,deep fry in the oil.
Now the sakina's are ready...they can be stored for one month
